Call for ICTS Program Proposals

ICTS is inviting proposals for programs of two weeks or more to be held from 1 Oct 2027 to 31 Mar 2028. Proposals for this period will now be accepted until 31 July 2026. The Program Committee will review all the proposals, and the results will be announced in September 2026.

The proposal should be uploaded as a single PDF file. Incomplete submissions will be returned within a week. Organizers will be given the option to resubmit their proposal within a week after it is returned.  

Prospective program organizers can submit proposals by filling up the form below. The receipt of application will be immediately acknowledged.
