Call for ICTS Program Proposals

The next call for ICTS Program Proposals will be open by the end of October 2025. This call will be for programs to be held from 1 Apr 2027 to 30 Sep 2027. The deadline for submitting the proposals will be 31 Jan 2026. 

The proposal should be uploaded as a single PDF file. Incomplete submissions will be returned within a week. Organizers will be given the option to resubmit their proposal within a week after it is returned.  

Prospective program organizers can submit proposals by filling up the form below. The receipt of application will be immediately acknowledged.
